Ahmed Amin Massoud is the Chairman and CEO of Memaar Al Ashraf. He holds influential
positions on several high-level boards and associations, including the Board of Directors of the
Association of Developers of New Cairo and the Administrative Capital. He is also an active
member of the Union of Arab Engineers and the Engineers Syndicate – Civil Engineering
Division, and sits on the Board of Trustees of New Cairo.
Mohamed Al Bostany is the Chairman of Al Bostany Developments Group and serves as a board
member of the Association of Developers of New Cairo and the Administrative Capital. He is the
Vice President of the Real Estate Investment Division of the Egyptian Federation of Chambers of
Commerce, and a board member of the Real Estate Development Chamber.
Sherif Seleem is the Chairman of Pinnacle Misr Group, specializing in Real Estate Investments,
Development Management, Design Consultancy, and Project Management. He also serves on
the board of the Housing and Development Bank’s Real Estate Fund "Newoma" and is the lead
designer of the Down Town Towers currently under construction in New Alamein City.
Eng. Mohamed Ghobashy is the Chairman of Scope Real Estate Development, and the
Secretary-General of the New Cairo and New Administrative Capital Developers Association.
Eng. Adly El Keiy is the CEO of Al Ahly Football Company, and one of the Founders of Al Ahly TV
Channel and Al Ahly Club Magazine. He has extensive administrative experience, having
previously served as a Board Member and Director of Al Ahly Sporting Club.
Eng. Mahmoud Amin Massoud is the General Manager and Board Member of Memaar El
Ashraf, as well as the Chairman of MA Designs.
Eng. Yasser Abdallah holds several leading positions within the real estate development sector.
He is the Chairman of Yasser Abdallah Real Estate Development Group, a Board Member of
the New Cairo and New Administrative Capital Developers Association.
Eng. Sherif Shaalan is the Co-Founder and President of Royal Real Estate Development and
Royal One Developments. He also serves as the CEO of the Engineering Committee at the New
Cairo Developers Association.
